A MLS Lawns & Landscapes
representative will personally meet with each customer to
develop a design that meets specific requirements and function
of their property. Once a design is determined, a schedule for
installation will be assigned with approximate start and
completion dates. |

Landscape Maintenance
Spring and Fall Landscape maintenance
is performed by trained MLS Lawns & Landscapes employees.
All flower beds are edged by a top industrial mechanical edger
to produce a consistent and unified border. Flower beds
are raked to remove excess mulch, debris, and weeds that can
accumulate during the winter months. Mulch is installed at a 2”
consistent depth and raked lightly to provide a smooth, uniform
appearance. |

Seasonal Tree and Shrub Pruning
All plants have their own growth
cycle and MLS Lawns &Landscapes has the capability and knowledge
in determining the proper time in which pruning should occur.
Pruning at specific times allows the plants to focus their
energy in establishing new growth for a brighter and healthier
foliage.

Hardscaping
MLS Lawns & Landscapes is an ICPI and
NCMA certified installer. A representative will meet with
you and discuss your needs and desires to design an outdoor
living area that your family can enjoy for many years. Many
different types of hardscaping designs can be installed such as
walkways, retaining walls, raised patios, outdoor kitchen and
living areas. All of these hardscape features will enhance
the beauty and add value to your property. |
